About this site

MEGA — Make Europe Great Again — is a civic movement. This site lets you sign the charter in support of the movement, order the MEGA cap, and contribute through a donation. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Charter signature

Signing the charter is a public expression of support. By signing, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are signing on your own behalf. Your name, city, and country may be listed publicly as a signatory; your email is kept private and used only to confirm your signature and keep you informed about the movement.

You can ask us to remove your signature at any time — see the Privacy Policy for the deletion process.

Cap orders & shipping

Cap orders are processed securely by Stripe. Shipping costs depend on your destination — France, the rest of Europe, or rest of world — and are calculated at checkout before you confirm payment. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier; we'll send you tracking information by email once your order has shipped.

Returns & refunds

If your cap arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised, email us within 14 days of delivery at contact@europegreatagain.org with a photo and your order details. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no additional cost to you.

For change-of-mind returns, you may return an unworn cap in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is at your own cost; the cap price (excluding original shipping) is refunded once we receive the item in resellable condition. Donations are non-refundable once processed.

Donations

Donations to the movement are voluntary and non-refundable once processed. Stripe issues a receipt by email to the address you provide at checkout. If a donation was made in error, contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent or misleading information through any of the forms.
• Sign the charter under someone else's name or without their consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Use automated tools to scrape, mass-submit, or bypass rate limits.

We reserve the right to remove signatures, cancel orders, or refuse service where these terms are violated.

Intellectual property

The MEGA name, logo, the cap design, and the content of this site are the property of the movement or its contributors. You may share links and excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes; please don't republish the site's content or use the brand on derivative merchandise without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, accurate, and secure, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the project evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
