Privacy Policy.

The short version
- We collect only what we need to run the movement, ship caps, and accept donations.
- We never sell or rent your data, and we never use it for advertising.
- We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- You can see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Just email gdpr@europegreatagain.org.
Who we are
MEGA — Make Europe Great Again — is a civic movement. It runs this website to gather supporters, sell the MEGA cap, accept donations, and run a citizen consultation. MEGA is responsible for the personal data described below.
What we collect, why, and for how long

Supporting a movement can say something about your views, so we treat supporter and donor data with extra care. Access is limited to the few people who need it, and it is never shared with third parties for their own purposes. When you ask us to delete your data, we do it right away, keeping only what the law requires us to (see “Your rights” below).
Cookies
We only use cookies that the site needs to work. None of them track you across other websites or serve advertising, so we don't need to ask for your consent. Our visit statistics work without cookies.

Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers for payment processing, email delivery, hosting, data storage, and forms. Each one handles your data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement. Stripe processes cap orders and donations. We share your data with no one else.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Union, for example in the United States. Where that's the case, your data is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- See the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct anything that's wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Object to or restrict how we use it.
- Withdraw your consent or unsubscribe from our emails.
Email gdpr@europegreatagain.org. We'll reply within one month. When we delete your data, we remove it from our database and our payment processor. Where the law requires us to keep something, such as order or donation records for tax purposes, we'll tell you what stays and why.
You can also complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the movement evolves. Any changes will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date.
